I have readers asking me for my August Guangzhou trip itinerary.
So, here you go:

Day 1:
* Shi pai dong road (石牌东路)
* Shang xia jiu pedestrian street (上下九商业步行街) - Hitched a ride from a cab from Shi pai dong road (石牌东路) and the cab driver dropped us off the street opposite Zhuang yuan fang alley (状元坊), which has many shop houses. Walk down the lane, and I can assure you to find good and cheap buys! Especially foot wears. Shang xia jiu pedestrian street (上下九商业步行街) is really huge, hence, we took hours to roam around the area.
* Shi pai dong road (石牌东路) - At about 10pm, the night street hawkers will appear, you will be able to fetch really cheap and good buys here! I've gotta many dresses and tops for as cheap as sgd2, which is equivalent to 10RMB. &, fyi, the night street hawkers will start packing up and cease for business at about 12am.

Day 2:
* BaiMa shopping mall
* 体育中心
* Zhuang yuan fang alley (状元坊)
* Shang xia jiu pedestrian street (上下九商业步行街)
* Shi pai dong road (石牌东路)

Day3:
* Zhang Xi Lu, Guangzhou railway station - If you're looking for better quality, and korean/japan style clothing then this is the place you shouldn't miss, but bear it in mind that the price range of these clothing are higher too. If my memory didn't fail me, the price range of the majourity apparels at ZhangXiLu is from 10sgd - 25sgd.
* Shi pai dong road (石牌东路)
* Zhuang yuan fang alley (状元坊) - There are two - three shopping lanes, somewhat similar to Pratunam Market in BKK, shopaholics should never miss Zhuang yuan fang alley (状元坊).
* Shang xia jiu pedestrian street (上下九商业步行街)
* Shi pai dong road (石牌东路)

I've decided to give Beijing Lu a miss as I had been told that the clothes that are retailing at Beijing Lu are priced at the higher range, and also due to time constrain, I decided to skip Beijing Lu.

After planning my itinerary for this coming friday, Hong Kong trip, I managed to squeeze 1.5days out for Guangzhou! Oh Yeah!
